Saturday May 24, 2014 – On Friday, fiery Nandi Hills Member of Parliament and United Republican Party (URP) rebel, Alfred Keter, blasted Deputy President William Ruto’s men accusing them of misadvising him to stay in the Jubilee Government even after President Uhuru Kenyatta shortchanged the Kalenjin community.
Keter took issue with Ruto’s Personal Assistant, Farouk Kibet, who he embarrassed badly saying he is a Primary School drop-out and as such cannot give sound advice to the Deputy President, a move that has attracted curiosity among Kenyans.
According to a close friend of Kibet, the guy is a standard 3 drop-out to be exact but how he rose to become the Deputy President’s PA, only him and Ruto can tell us.
But according to reliable sources, the two are long time friends and have done many things both good and bad together and know each other’s secrets.
The source revealed that Ruto used Kibet, who was then a Councilor in Eldoret, to arrange for him some girls to … before he became the Deputy President, and that’s why Ruto cannot let him go because he knows too much about his secret life.
Farouk has also been mentioned by ICC Prosecutor, Fatou Bensouda, as Ruto’s accomplice and direct co-perpetrator of the 2007 post election violence in Eldoret.
