The day MUTHAMA nearly beat KALONZO MUSYOKA over beautiful KETHI KILONZO.

Sunday, July 20, 2014 – Former Vice President, Kalonzo Musyoka, and Machakos Senator, Johstone Muthama, have been friends since the formation of Coalition for Reforms and Democracy (CORD) two years ago.

Being among senior CORD leaders, Kalonzo and Muthama have been moving together like brothers and even sharing coalition problems for the sake of the coalition’s prosperity.
But two weeks ago, Muthama and Kalonzo nearly traded blows at a city hotel after they realized they were “wooing” the same girl.

The incident started after the much hyped Saba Saba rally on July 7thwhere former Prime Minister Raila Odinga urged the CORD coalition Principals to find individuals who will chair the Committee of Experts (COE) as the coalition prepares for a national referendum.

Kalonzo, who is also the Wiper Democratic Movement leader, hurriedly called City lawyer, Kethi Kilonzo and urged her to meet him in a city hotel with a promise that she has a “good job” for her

Muthama on his part also called the same Kethi and urged her that he has a good job for her and even booked a room for their meeting at the same city hotel where Kalonzo had unfortunately booked the meeting.

As the big day came, Kalonzo was the first to appear for the meeting and Kethi was punctual as usual.

After 30 minutes, Muthama arrived at the venue and to his astonishment, he met Kethi in a deep conversation with Kalonzo.

Angry like a wounded buffalo, Muthama stormed the meeting and asked Kalonzo what he was doing at “his hotel meeting.”

Kalonzo tried to explain but Muthama who was sweating profusely refused to listen to him and urged him to move out of the hotel.

Kethi, who was a bit confused, walked out of the meeting and left Kalonzo and Muthama engaging each other in Kamba dialect.

It is not clear how the two sorted each other because on Friday, Kalonzo announced that Kethi Kilonzo is the one who will lead the Committee of Experts on the referendum.
It is also not clear what the two “wanted” from Kethi!
